Bio

Born and raised in South Korea, I eventually made my way to New York City to study Interaction and Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts. I began my career as a Visual Designer, working across a wide range of products, platforms, and campaigns at agencies like Elephant, Publicis Sapient, Critical Mass, Firstborn, and others. After that, I joined Tapcart, a startup where I focused on designing merchant-facing experiences. I am currently a Senior Product Designer at Walmart, where I lead and own the design of the seller experience for Walmart Remote Fulfillment (WRF), a new program aimed at enabling US sellers to expand their business onto multiple Walmart international marketplaces.

What is my design philosophy?

I like to design with clarity—always with purpose and intention. Over time, I’ve learned that good design is built on thoughtful, layered decisions, all centered around the user. My experience has also taught me to value the collaborative process—it’s often where the best ideas (and outcomes) come from.

Who am I, really?

A minimalist at heart, I care deeply about sustainability in today's world. I love discovering beautiful and well-designed architecture, spaces, and everyday objects from around the world—it’s a big part of how I stay inspired and curious about design in all its forms. I also enjoy making things with wood.
